Job Summary
Nurse Aide Trainee on the day shift (6am–2:30pm) at Jenkins Living Center, Watertown, SD. Under supervision of licensed nursing staff, the role focuses on direct care for ill, disabled, and elderly residents, building compassionate relationships, and upholding residents' dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with rehabilitation goals to foster self-care and independence, supporting care plans, and performing essential documentation. The position requires the ability to become a certified nurse aide in South Dakota within the specified licensure timeframe.
