Job Summary
As a Nurse Aide in the Mother Baby unit, provide compassionate patient-focused care and support to the nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, hygiene), completing patient care tasks and documentation, participating in admissions, dismissals, and transfers, and contributing to care planning. May perform bedside or telesitter monitoring to promote patient safety while maintaining privacy and dignity. On-the-job training and teamwork are emphasized to deliver best-in-class care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
- 1+ years of related experience (preferred)
