As a Nurse Aide at Monument Health, you will provide compassionate patient-focused care as an essential member of the healthcare team. Responsibilities include assisting nursing staff in delivering safe patient personal care, including bathing and hygiene, participating in admission and dismissal processes, and documenting patient data. You will also be involved in direct resident care and support patient safety through monitoring, contributing to care planning, and ensuring comfort and independence. This position requires the ability to handle very heavy lifting and entails potential exposure to health risks. On-the-job training and support for skill development are provided.
