Provide compassionate patient-focused care as a Nurse Aide in the Medical/Surgical unit. Assist with personal care, bathing, and hygiene; participate in admission, discharge, and transfer processes; contribute to permanent documentation of patient data; monitor patients at bedside and via telesitter when applicable to promote safety and dignity; engage in on-the-job training and teamwork to support best-in-class care.
