Job Summary
Proctor computerized knowledge-based examinations and objectively score candidates demonstrating clinical skills. Prepare for test events by monitoring rosters, ensuring site setup, and verifying examinee identification. Manage the testing environment to maintain candidate flow, resolve issues, and protect exam content through computer-based administration. Reboot workstations and reset passwords as necessary while observing and rating candidates during practical exams. Coordinate candidate rosters and maintain online appointment schedules to ensure event coverage. Travel up to 30 miles from your zip code to administer exams at various locations within a 30-mile radius, working an average of 8 hours per test day.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted license in the state of operation
- One (1) year of experience in long term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age
- Must have a valid Drivers License and vehicle to travel to test events
- Ability to travel 30 miles or more one way from zip code
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (testing mannequin)
- Must be proactive, flexible, amicable and able to solve problems independently
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Ideal candidate may possess staff development and/or training experience, preferred
