Job Summary
Proctor computerized knowledge-based examinations and objectively observe and score candidates demonstrating clinical skills. Prepare test events by monitoring rosters, ensuring site setup and cleanup, and maintaining a working knowledge of company policies. Greet examinees, verify identification, and manage the testing environment to ensure candidate flow while protecting exam content. Resolve candidate issues, report guideline violations, and reboot workstations as needed. Coordinate candidate rosters and provide on-site leadership during administrations. This role involves administering up to three test days weekly at various locations within a 30-mile radius, with events primarily Monday through Friday. Candidates must possess a registered nurse license, one year of long-term care experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted license in the state of operation
- One (1) year of experience in long term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age
- Must have a valid Drivers License and vehicle to travel to test events
- Ability to travel 30 miles or more one way from zip code
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (testing mannequin)
- Must be proactive, flexible, amicable and able to solve problems independently
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Ideal candidate may possess staff development and/or training experience, preferred
