Job Summary
Deliver predominantly clinic-based services and infusions in Salford and surrounding areas, including some phlebotomy work. Provide support to healthcare professionals and patients, alongside patient and HCP education. Maintain clinical competence in cannulation and intravenous infusion delivery while managing workload with minimal guidance. Monitor and plan to meet programme objectives using maximum IT system standards. Establish effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients. Requires registered adult nurse status with recent cannulation and infusion experience; neurology experience preferred. Full-time role with excellent salary, company car, and no bank holiday or weekend work. 24/7 online wellbeing support and generous holiday allowance included.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Adult Nurse with post registration
- Recent and current cannulation experience
- Current or previous experience in delivering infusions
- Ideally neurology experience
- Clinically competent in cannulation and delivery of intravenous infusions
- Understanding and general knowledge of health service
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal guidance and desire to deliver results
- Ability to monitor and plan to meet programme objectives
- Ability to consistently maintain maximum standards in the use of IT systems
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
- Flexibility regarding geographic coverage
- Frequent domestic travel
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for evening work
- Must be available for bank holiday work
