Job Summary
The Nurse Administrator will assist with managing services in collaboration with the Regional Director, ensuring compliance with state regulations and policies while overseeing the credentialing of employees and contractors. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating care provided, managing client care conferences, supporting staffing coordination, adhering to agency policies, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The role involves training and evaluating clinical personnel, reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy, and overseeing fiscal affairs. Ability to serve as a clinical resource and participate in various agency activities is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Licensed driver with clean driving record and insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
