Job Summary
Provide community-based psychiatric nursing care as part of an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, delivering personalized, recovery-focused services to individuals with serious mental illness. Core responsibilities include developing and evaluating individualized treatment plans with the ACT team, administering and managing medications under physician direction, conducting health assessments and coaching on medication use and mental health conditions, performing client assessments and documenting treatment plans and safety plans, assisting clients in navigating medical appointments, participating in daily/weekly team meetings, providing on-call crisis intervention, ensuring compliance with medication, safety, and infection-control protocols, delivering services in community settings, and assisting with client transportation as needed. Must hold RN or GPN/GN licensure (Missouri) and a valid drivers license; experience in psychiatric settings is preferred. A retention bonus of $4,000 is offered; on-site work in Raymore, Missouri with no remote work option indicated.
Required Qualifications
