Job Summary
Assess, plans, implements and evaluates patient care in Chronic Resident Unit. Active participation in a care model that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient-family centered care. Provides safe, quality nursing care to clients and supports organizational mission, vision and values. Part-time regular role (FTE 0.79) with days, nights, and weekends; extended shift hours across 30 shifts in 12 weeks; Rockglen, SK, Canada. May be eligible for recruitment/retention incentives. Must be a registered/eligible nurse with CRNS and/or CRPNS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Nursing diploma acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma acceptable
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRPNS)
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
