Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while actively participating in quality improvement models that integrate lean methodology, best practices, and family-centered care. Provide safe nursing services to clients within the Home Nursing department, promoting organizational mission and values. This regional position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent diploma, with eligible candidates registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. Work involves 14 eight-hour shifts per three-week rotation, with home locations in Beauval or Buffalo Narrows assigned upon selection.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Must be able to travel
- Must be available for regional assignment with home base to be determined
