Job Summary
RN with BScN (Nurse A) provides safe, quality nursing care in a home-nursing setting. Regional position with home base to be determined; assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Participates in a model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and family-centered care. Requires CRNS eligibility; 1-2 years' public health experience. Shifts are days; 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks; travel required. Located in Buffalo Narrows, SK, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Nursing diploma acceptable
- 1-2 years' public health experience
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
