Job Summary
Review overall project status and open issues, leading implementation of recovery plans as necessary. Provide oversight to Project Engineers and Designers in developing technical deliverables, including direct involvement in design verification and validation. Monitor portfolio health to ensure sustainable growth and profitability, while interfacing with key customer decision-makers to address quality, schedule, or cost concerns. Identify new opportunities, assist in developing capture plans, and proactively solve major issues. Ensure scheduled milestones are met and notify departments if delays occur, maintaining ethical standards and compliance with the corporate conduct code. Requires a University Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, an Ontario P.Eng license, and 5+ years as a Nuclear Civil Engineering Project Manager. Full-time on-site role in Cambridge, ON, with less than 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or College Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Ontario P.Eng license
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in the field of Nuclear Civil Engineering
- 10+ years sector specific experience in a technical leadership capacity

- Formal project management training through PMI or equivalent
- PMP
