Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for on-site leadership of construction, installation, and commissioning activities from inquiry to order through remittance, including civil works and project lifecycle management. Owns and influences site budgets and operating plans, ensures compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and regulatory requirements, and drives safety, quality, and efficiency. Manages the on-site team and subcontractors, coordinates resources and logistics, maintains site records and progress reports, and communicates with internal leaders, external partners, vendors, customers, and regulatory bodies. Works with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining a zero-incident safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site management or a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
