Job Summary
Site Manager at Clinch River charged with on-site construction, installation, and commissioning oversight across the full project lifecycle, leading the site team including contractors, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site management or a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred qualifications include Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 30)
- Experience within the Clinch River area or similar operational environments
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
- Extensive understanding of power generation and the nuclear industry
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
