Job Summary
Conduct stationary guarding and patrol nuclear power generating facilities to prevent intrusion and sabotage. Monitor CCTV, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems while controlling access for personnel, vehicles, and materials. Identify safety and fire hazards, report deficiencies, and take corrective actions as directed. Maintain appropriate logs and deter criminal activity, misconduct, and safety violations. Work twelve-hour shifts in Perry, OH with a valid driver's license and successful background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- 21+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work scheduled twelve-hour shifts
- Sound business judgment and acumen coupled with dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
- Ability to successfully complete a drug screen
