Nuclear Safety Engineer

Deliver nuclear safety cases including identification, characterisation, assessment, authoring, and review; support nuclear safety decision making across design, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities and assets; influence client nuclear safety strategy and supporting nuclear site licence applications; contribute to development of a business pipeline and deliver nuclear safety technical presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulators; provide nuclear safety technical delivery to solve complex safety-critical problems and communicate effective solutions to stakeholders; mentor and develop junior engineers to strengthen organisational capability; participate in and benefit from AtkinsRéalis' nuclear safety community, continually developing technical and professional capabilities across the breadth of the nuclear safety portfolio; note the role involves a hybrid working culture and potential security clearance requirements.
