Job Summary
Interpret a variety of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine related to urologic and associated conditions. Perform interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular access, embolization, nephrostomy tube placements, and other minimally invasive, image-guided therapies. Consult with referring physicians to recommend appropriate imaging strategies and procedural plans. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, radiation safety, and imaging protocols. Join the IR Center of Pinellas at Advanced Urology Institute in Clearwater, FL, as part of a multidisciplinary team collaborating with urologists and oncologists.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state
