Nuclear Radioisotope Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead all operational efforts for medical isotope production, overseeing workflows, schedules, staffing, and equipment utilization to ensure required output. Direct oversight of raw material preparation, line clearance, and cleaning setup while maintaining cGMP compliance and supporting certifications like ISO13482:2016. Manage a diverse team through hiring, coaching, and succession planning, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders to integrate operations and drive KPIs for quality and productivity.

  • Expertly performs in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong nuclear and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Organizational and project management skills for self and teams
  • Maintains compliance with cGMP practices, policies and procedures
  • Support efforts to maintain quality requirements for various certifications (cGMP, ISO1345:2016)
