Job Summary
Performance Improvement Principal to join Vistra Nuclear Operations—responsible for analyzing fleet and station performance data, performing trending of key metrics, and facilitating fleet OR/PI meetings (e.g., MRB and CARB). Maintains knowledge of CAP, OE, HU, observations, investigations, and analysis; serves partially as DevonWay Administrator; participates in industry workshops and assessments; supports fleet OE coordination and IRIS data submittal oversight. Must bring 5+ years nuclear experience, strong analytical/technical skills, and clear communication; operates within a structured program to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across the fleet.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a nuclear functional area
- Superior analytical and technology skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management capabilities
- Broad technical understanding of nuclear plant processes, programs, and procedures
- DPIC Mentor, root cause analyst qualification, knowledge of OE and HU Programs (IRIS/PIC training)
- Demonstrated application of PI Tools and analysis techniques
