Job Summary
Senior Nuclear Outage Mechanical Planner for a 1-year contract assignment developing comprehensive work packages for maintenance, modifications, and surveillance activities at nuclear power facilities. You will plan complex maintenance activities including ASME Section XI work and ISI/IST programs, ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to plant procedures, coordinate clearance requirements and equipment isolation with Operations, identify and resolve technical issues during planning to prevent field delays, and report to the onsite Manager. Location: Homestead, FL. Per diem available. Fluent in ISI, IST, ASME Section XI, ANI, ANII, Weld Travelers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Associate's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent 10 years plant experience in a technical field
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related science
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of nuclear power plant experience, with at least 4 years in maintenance planning or equivalent technical role
