Nuclear Operations Instructor - Davis-Besse

Job Summary: Consulting training instructor for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant. Key responsibilities include leading training department program functions as prescribed by the Training Supervisor, coordinating training program requirements, providing programmatic insight to assessments for compliance and benchmarking industry best practices, maintaining and updating training program procedures, developing resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions including cause analyses, and maintaining training program documentation in line with nuclear industry training requirements. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years instructional or applicable department experience, including at least 3 years of nuclear instructional experience. Skills/Responsibilities: ensure training is delivered on-time, meets compliance objectives and parameters, generate typical nuclear training supporting documentation, and contribute to workforce development within plant operations.
