Job Summary
Nuclear Medicine Technologist role in Douglasville, GA performing a wide range of nuclear medicine imaging procedures. Responsibilities include setting up NM equipment and positioning patients, obtaining and reviewing clinical history, administering radiopharmaceuticals per protocol, ensuring proper patient identification and markers, delivering high-quality diagnostic studies, maintaining patient safety and privacy, responding to emergencies, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting RIS/PACS workflows. Requires AMA Nuclear Medicine Program credentialing and ARRT Nuclear Technology or CNMT certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical nuclear medicine experience. Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a team are essential.
