Job Summary
Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform high-quality dynamic/static SPECT and PET/CT imaging, handle radiopharmacy duties including receipt, preparation, administration and storage of radionuclides, ensure safety per NRC and State regulations, provide compassionate patient care, and operate required imaging equipment per established guidelines in a Northern Virginia cardiovascular practice.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent; Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program
- Experience: PET/CT experience preferred
- Licensure: Registered Radiologic Technologist in Nuclear Medicine through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or CNMT certification through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification required
