Job Summary
Nuclear Medicine Technologist needed at UVMMC in Burlington, VT to perform clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures (general and cardiac studies) with related computer interactions. Role includes clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students, and contribution to policy, procedures, standards, and QA for Nuclear Medicine services. Requires an accredited Nuclear Medicine program graduate and licensure in Vermont (ARRT or CNMT). On-site full-time position with rotating on-call coverage; benefits package with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine
- Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine is required
- Licensed by either the ARRT or CNMT in the State of Vermont
- 12 months of clinical experience preferred (open to new graduates)
- Schedule includes Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm with on-call coverage evenings/weekends/holidays
