Job Summary

Check, measure, and record radiopharmaceuticals prior to administering them to patients. Perform quality controls on equipment and radiopharmaceuticals, administer radiopharmaceuticals intravenously, orally, or by inhalation, and conduct imaging procedures under the direction of a supervisor or radiologist. Maintain reliable records in compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission guidelines and complete required orientation and training for radiation safety and IV procedures. Work a day shift, part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Earn a sign-on bonus for external hires.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
  • NJ State license
  • Registered by the A.R.R.T. or the N.M.T.C.B., or Registry eligible Maintain required
  • BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Successful completion of site personnel general orientation and department specific orientation
  • Successful completion of IV training class
  • Successful completion of radiation safety, survey and decontamination orientation/training by RS
  • Day Shift
  • Part-Time
  • 20 hours per week
