Job Summary
As a Nuclear Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic exams, conducting quality assurance procedures, and ensuring nuclear imaging equipment is maintained. You will educate patients on procedures and maintain documentation within radiopharmacy information systems. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine or a relevant certification, along with ARRT/NMTCB certification and a NYS License in Radiologic Technology. The position is full-time with a pay range of $38.00 to $51.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine or completion of a certification program is required
- ARRT and/or NMTCB Certification within 3 months of hire
- NYS License in Radiologic Technology in the area of Nuclear Medicine required OR must hold a NYS permit and obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- Primary source education verification is required within 90 days of graduation
Desired Qualifications
