Job Summary
PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist role providing diagnostic imaging under radiologists; injects and distributes nuclides for anatomy enhancement; assist with invasive procedures as requested; operates Siemens Evo Symbia S; ensures imaging quality with ALARA principles; requires ARRT(N) or NMTCB, Texas license, and BLS CPR; education includes Associate in Nuclear Medicine with preferred Bachelor’s; possesses strong organizational, interpersonal, patient care, anatomy, imaging physics, radiation protection, and medical terminology knowledge; ability to determine exposure factors and position patients to obtain optimum diagnostic images with safety.
Required Qualifications
- Associates in Nuclear Medicine
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB
- Texas License
- BLS CPR
- Entry level experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
