Job Summary
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclide-based procedures for patients of all ages under the direction of the Department Director and Lead Technologist. Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and the Area Physicist to execute procedures while serving as a customer service representative to patients, families, and medical staff. Participate in quality control, organizational improvement activities, and call schedules to meet department staffing needs. Work full-time 10-hour day shifts at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a program in nuclear medicine technology approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
- California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 10-hour, Day shifts
