Job Summary
Nuclear Medicine Technologist responsible for administering radioactive medication and operating imaging equipment to track radiation within the patient’s body. Duties include sterilizing syringes, preparing patients for scans, and processing image reports indicating disease presence. Must adhere to Florida Radiation Control/Radioactive Materials rules and regulations; protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure; comply with mandatory education and health requirements. Work at Baptist Downtown in Jacksonville, FL, on a Full-Time, Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 am–4:00 pm). Experience with geriatric and cardiac patients is preferred. Eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Background screening per state and federal requirements will be conducted for positions of trust.
