Job Summary
Perform nuclear medicine examinations for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes by preparing patients, administering prescribed radioactive and non-radioactive pharmaceuticals, and calculating dosages. Calibrate equipment, ensure quality control, and monitor patients while performing other duties as assigned under physician direction. Requires Oregon Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification or equivalent licensure, BLS certification, and completion of national certification within 180 days. Schedule includes per-diem variable shifts with additional compensation available for overtime, premiums, and incentives.
