Job Summary

Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment and software to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment while ensuring radiation safety and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and provide emotional support. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. Maintain state licensure or achieve NMTCB/ARRT registry eligibility within two months of hire, along with Basic Life Support certification within 30 days. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strict adherence to complex instructions. Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Sciences Program in Nuclear Medicine and required clinical hours have been completed
  • State licensure
  • NMTCB or ARRT (N) OR Registry eligible (achieve registry within 2 months of eligibility)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
  • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
