Job Summary
Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures by preparing patients and operating nuclear medicine equipment to obtain accurate diagnostic scans. Strong communication and patient care skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and adapt to varying procedures and patient needs. Proficiency with nuclear medicine equipment and adherence to safety protocols is required. This role supports a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment for patients and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine program
- Certified and registered in Nuclear Medicine by ARRT or NMTCB (RT(N) or CNMT)
- IV credentialed and state licensed (as applicable)
- One year of experience in nuclear medicine preferred
