Job Summary
Perform all nuclear medicine procedures under physician direction, including demonstrating anatomy through proper patient positioning, selecting techniques, administering radiopharmaceuticals, and applying immobilization and radiation protection devices per policy. Demonstrate anatomy under investigation and ensure patient safety during imaging. Requires Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License, BLS certification, and Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification. Full-time day shift with multiple shift availability at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of AMA approved School of Nuclear Medicine
- Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Clinical experience from approved school of Nuclear Medicine
