Job Summary
Nuclear Medicine Technologist sought at UVMMC in Burlington, VT to perform clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures (including general and cardiac studies) and to provide clinical instruction. The role contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and quality assurance for Nuclear Medicine services and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment (PET/CT, SPECT/CT) with Epic EMR and Visage PACS. Requires graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program, an associate or bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine, and license (ARRT or CNMT) in Vermont; 12 months of clinical experience preferred but new graduates are welcome. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating call coverage (evenings, weekends, holidays) and includes call pay, overtime, and shift differentials. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine
- Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine
- Licensed by ARRT or CNMT in Vermont
- Prepare transcript
- 12 months of clinical experience preferred/available to new graduates
