Job Summary
Check, measure, and record radiopharmaceuticals before administering them to patients intravenously, orally, or by inhalation. Perform quality controls on equipment and radiopharmaceuticals, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and conduct imaging procedures. Maintain reliable records under Nuclear Regulatory Commission guidelines while performing other duties as required. This part-time role involves 20 hours per week on a day shift with a $12,000 sign-on bonus for external employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- NJ State license
- Registered by the A.R.R.T. or the N.M.T.C.B., or Registry eligible Maintain required
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of site personnel general orientation and department specific orientation
- Successful completion of IV training class
- Successful completion of radiation safety, survey and decontamination orientation/training by RS
- Day Shift
- Part-Time
- 20 hours per week
