Job Summary
Perform PET and Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures using PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment to evaluate the body’s internal structures and functions. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately; monitor patients for comfort and safety; maintain radiation safety standards; operate PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment; perform quality assurance and equipment checks; document patient information and imaging procedures; collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care. Float between multiple outpatient imaging locations as needed. Requires NJDEP State License, CPR, ARRT(CT) or NMTCB/CT Fusion Modality certification, and ARRT(N) or NMTCB(N) certification; minimum 2 years of PET/Nuclear Medicine experience and experience operating PET/CT imaging equipment preferred.
