Job Summary
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals via IV or injection, perform nuclear medicine procedures using gamma cameras, and conduct patient scanning for diagnostic imaging. Receive patients, obtain informed consent, review clinical history, and position individuals for exams while selecting appropriate imaging protocols. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations during medication preparation and administration. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is based at St. James Hospital in Butte, Montana. The position requires an ARRT (NM) or NMTCB registry, BLS certification, and an associate degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School
- minimum of one (1) year minimum related experience and/or training
- Current ARRT (R) (NM) or NMTCB as CNMT registry
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience in Nuclear Medicine
