Nuclear Medicine Team Leader

Review patient history and physician orders, prepare and educate patients, and administer radiopharmaceuticals while operating nuclear medicine imaging equipment to perform diagnostic procedures. Evaluate image quality, monitor patients throughout procedures, and respond to medical emergencies including venipuncture and Basic Life Support (BLS). Provide daily leadership, coordinate workflow and staffing assignments, and serve as the primary clinical resource for staff through education, mentoring, and coaching. Assist with onboarding new employees, monitor department productivity and quality metrics, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards.
