Job Summary
The Nuclear Medicine Physician will perform and interpret nuclear medicine diagnostic studies and therapeutic procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include utilizing advanced imaging techniques, administering radiopharmaceuticals safely, providing consultative support to clinical teams, and maintaining compliance with radiation safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must possess a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, be board certified, and have an active and unrestricted medical license. Strong communication, teamwork skills, and adherence to healthcare standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Nuclear Medicine
- Active and unrestricted ANY State medical license to practice in the United States
- U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card required
- DEA license and successful completion of background checks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
