Job Summary
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures following all protocols, policies, and A.L.A.R.A. programs. Execute quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state, and federal guidelines. Requires a JRCNMT or NMTCB accredited Nuclear Medicine program graduate and either CNMT or NMTCB registration upon hire. Basic Life Support certification is also required. Schedule includes weekday hours and some Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- CNMT - Certified Nuclear Med Tech
- NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Tech
