Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage for nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT and SPECT scans, while ensuring strict radiation safety protocols. Administer radiopharmaceuticals and manage patient positioning for optimal imaging results. Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with physicians for study interpretation. This role requires ARRT or NMTCB certification, SCRQSA certification, and current BLS/ACLS credentials. Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist by the ARRT
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the NMTCB
- SCRQSA Certification
- Continuing education requirements
- BLS
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
