Job Summary
Prepare and perform Nuclear Medicine procedures including patient preparation, isotope handling, equipment operation, image processing, and quality control. Ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain accurate records, and support departmental operations. Roles focused on Nuclear Cardiology and general Nuclear Medicine; dual CT license is optional but preferred. Shift 8am-4pm in Jersey City, NJ. Must have 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Tech experience; high school diploma or equivalent plus technical schooling; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. ARRT or CNMT certification and NJ Radiology License required; CPR certification; CE compliance; IV certification and ACR CT certification preferred for SPECT/CT operations.
Required Qualifications
- AR RT registered or CNMT certified
- NJ State Radiology License
- CPR certification
- CE compliance and license in good standing
- Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine program
- Must have completed Nuclear Medicine program (as applicable)
