Nuclear Med/PET CT Tech

Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by safely handling and administering radionuclides while operating specialized imaging and computer systems. Perform various exams for radiologist and cardiologist interpretation under direct supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor. Maintain certification status by sustaining 24 CEUs within three years and completing annual stroke education. Rotate on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Graduates of an A.M.A. approved Nuclear Medicine Program with A.R.R.T. or CNMT certification and experience with SPECT systems and cardiac imaging are eligible.
