Nuclear Major Projects Coordinator - Beaver Valley

Nuclear Major Projects Coordinator supports the Major Projects Group in planning and executing major projects across the nuclear fleet, providing coordination and administrative support to ensure milestones, deliverables, and meetings are effectively managed. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, tracking action items, coordinating schedules, and supporting communication across teams. May take on moderate-complexity assignments, including assisting with department staff, project plans, progress reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Key duties include coordinating with external vendors to track action items and progress, serving as back-up project manager, managing calendars and meeting logistics, organizing files and documentation, compiling information for special projects, preparing materials for meetings and leadership briefings, evaluating industry proposals and regulations, developing project plans and communications for leadership, and facilitating cross-department collaboration. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office and scheduling software skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
