Nuclear Maintenance Manager

Lead the restoration and long-term sustainment of the maintenance organization at Duane Arnold Energy Center as the plant returns to commercial nuclear operation. Provide direct leadership for all aspects of maintenance department work execution, including Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument & Control, or Support disciplines. Obtain and allocate resources and contract services to deliver corrective, elective, and predictive maintenance while managing a $4.4 million budget. Partner with Training to create and deliver maintenance fundamentals and best practices, and collaborate with the Union to build a respectful working relationship. Ensure compliance with all regulations, site-specific ANSI standards, and establish a culture that influences employee morale and engagement through actions and decision-making. Develop succession plans through talent identification, development, and mentoring to rebuild a high-performing workforce.
