Job Summary
Nuclear Cybersecurity SME needed to provide specialized technical, analytical, and programmatic support for the NC3 Division. Responsibilities include reviewing software specifications, metrics, vulnerability assessments, and threat analyses; evaluating and securing network designs across RF, Ethernet, TDM, Frame Relay, and ATM; developing mitigations for software/hardware system vulnerabilities; supporting cybersecurity working groups addressing legacy and upcoming deployments through the 2030s; and reviewing project artifacts, ATO documents, and IAVA to ensure policy alignment.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (Security Clearance mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience in relevant fields (Computer Science or Engineering, etc.)
- Comprehensive understanding of software development processes, network architecture, operations, communications systems, and control system security measures
- Experience with communications systems in aircraft and satellite platforms (system design, waveforms, cybersecurity)
- Expertise with cybersecurity programs (IAVM, eMASS or similar platforms)
