Job Summary
Create and serve distinctive alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while upholding state, federal, and property policies. Share personal knowledge of food, services, and amenities to help guests feel at home, and orchestrate a fun, positive environment. Receive food orders at the bar, ensure accuracy before delivery, and advocate for the menu offering. Work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Requires two years of customer service experience and certifications in food handling, alcohol service, or TIPs.
Required Qualifications
- Two years' previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
- Working knowledge of Spirits
- Working knowledge of Wine
- Working knowledge of Beer
- Working knowledge of Food service
- Ability to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange
- Ability to work within an empowered and fast paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant
- County Specific Food Handlers Certification
- State specific alcohol certification
- TIPs certification
