Job Summary
NTO Field Trainer leads and delivers field training for testers, focusing on DPLEAK, MC LEAK, Leak Locate, SCT repairs, and related SOPs. Collaborates with Directors and ROMs to establish proficiency benchmarks, ensures testers are proficient in site preparation, testing, safety, reporting, and data transfer, and creates SOPs for leak locate and test-failure reporting. Applies knowledge of JF certifications, Bravo/ICON/SCT repair processes, and field equipment to improve field performance. Travel-intensive role (65%) requiring in-field training across sites, with responsibility for reporting training outcomes and continuous improvement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, industry experience in secondary containment testing, PEI 1200 certification, and preferred certifications in Bravo, ICON, and Veeder Root; training experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Industry experience in Secondary Containment Testing
- PEI 1200 certified
- Manufacturers certification in Bravo, ICON, Veeder Root preferred
- Training experience preferred
- Travel: 65%
- Must be able to pass drug screen, background check, and MVR
