Job Summary
Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to keep customer vehicles operating safely. Rotate, balance, and repair tires daily while adhering to industry-leading processes and meeting customer-promised delivery times. Work in a fast-paced, safe environment five days a week, utilizing paid training to master proven service methods. Earn weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of a negotiable base rate. Join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art service centers in the Waldorf, MD area.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
